What that looks like

The parts a general assistant leaves to you

A quarterly objective with three key results, each with an owner and a progress bar. Erin flags the one that slipped.

One plan everyone works from

Erin checks progress every morning and flags what slipped.

A new email, a moved meeting, an updated forecast, meeting notes and a Slack message flow into the company's context, which shows Up to date, 4 min ago.

Context that updates itself

Email, calendar, documents and meetings, read as they change.

A monthly review: the CFO submitted, the CEO responded, and the COO's review is due, with Erin set to remind them.

Reviews that run themselves

An executive submits, the CEO responds, Erin chases.

A WhatsApp message asking Erin what needs attention before a board call, and Erin's two-point answer.

Where people already are

Ask Erin in Slack, by email or on WhatsApp.

When Claude or Codex is enough

They are excellent general assistants. Stick with them if:

  • Each person mainly needs help writing, researching or analysing.
  • Your plan already lives somewhere the team reviews every week.
  • Nobody needs follow-ups chased across Slack, email or WhatsApp.

Questions

Does everyone need to learn a new app?
No. Most people ask Erin in Slack, by email or on WhatsApp. One or two people set things up on the web.
Who sees what?
You choose per file: only you, a team, or the whole company. Erin only uses what the person asking is allowed to see.
Does Erin act on its own?
No. Erin drafts messages, meetings and changes, and nothing is sent until someone approves it.
Where is our data kept?
EmergentOS is hosted in Ireland under GDPR, and your data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
