Go on, try it

Try running a dozen clients in Claude

Twelve clients means twelve Claude organisations. Who keeps each one current?

In EmergentOS: Each workspace updates itself from that client's own tools.

A client asks Claude for every file you've uploaded. What happens?

In EmergentOS: Erin applies your methods and won't hand over the files.

Northwind needs a board pack in its brand, built on last month's answers. Where do you start?

In EmergentOS: Ask Erin. The brand, the plan and the answers are already there.

Is Acme's CFO more confident than last quarter?

In EmergentOS: Erin compares this review with the last one.

Who chases the COO for their monthly review?

In EmergentOS: Erin, at 9:00, until it's in.

Claude falls behind OpenAI next month. What now?

In EmergentOS: We move Erin to the leading model. You migrate nothing.

What that looks like

The parts a general assistant leaves to you

A client switcher listing three companies. Only the selected client is open; the other two are locked.

One workspace per client

Switch clients in one click. Nothing crosses over.

A client asks Erin for every file Katy uploaded. Erin refuses to share them and offers to apply Katy's approach instead. Katy's playbook files are shown locked.

Your methods stay yours

Clients use Erin with your methods. They can't open or extract the files.

A new email, a moved meeting, an updated forecast, meeting notes and a Slack message flow into the company's context, which shows Up to date, 4 min ago.

Context that updates itself

Email, calendar, documents and meetings, read as they change.

A monthly review: the CFO submitted, the CEO responded, and the COO's review is due, with Erin set to remind them.

Reviews that run themselves

An executive submits, the CEO responds, Erin chases.

When Claude or Codex is enough

They are excellent general assistants. Stick with them if:

  • You work with one client at a time and are happy to keep their documents current yourself.
  • Your clients already work in Claude or ChatGPT and will not adopt another tool.
  • You mainly need drafting, research or analysis rather than ongoing tracking.

Questions

Can one client see another client's information?
No. Each client has its own workspace. Data, connections, search and scheduled work stay inside it, and you switch between clients from one account.
Can a client get my frameworks out of Erin?
No. Clients can't open, search, download or export your methods. Erin applies them to their work and won't hand over the files.
How much upkeep does each client need?
Less than a general assistant. Erin reads each client's connected email, calendar, documents and meeting notes as they change, so you review what moved instead of rebuilding the context every month.
Can I keep using Claude?
Yes. EmergentOS routes work between leading models, including Claude, so you keep the model quality and add client workspaces, plans and access control around it.

Claude and Codex change often. This comparison was checked on 6 October 2026 against Claude: project visibility and sharing, Claude release notes and Codex changelog. Spotted something out of date? Email info@emergentos.ai.

Five minutes with Erin is enough to see what she surfaces.
